Here are my favourite play toys for a home gym!

Stability Ball - If you are wondering what size is right for you – people under 5'5 are best off with a 55 cm ball, people over 5'5 up to 6'5 are best with a 65 cm ball and people over 6'5 a 75 cm ball. Great for ab workouts and LOTS more. 

Power Block Weights

This weight stack has everything from 5 – 50 lbs inside! Perfect for multi-users and the transitions are pretty smooth once you get the hang of it.


If I had to pick just one thing to have in a gym this would be it. I LOVE my TRX. The exercises are endless, it is wayyy more difficult than it looks. This machine delivers body weight training kicked up a notch. 


Great for a number of different exercises.

Exercise Mat

Doesn't have to be fancy but it is nice to have for yoga and Pilates workouts.

Playground Ball

Great for Pilates and barre workouts. The playground balls are a staple at Bod Squad.

Foam Roller

Not a week goes by without a good roll for me. Changed my recovery life … I'm not sure I would still be standing today without help from this guy!
