One of the absolute best things about my job is the amazing people that I've been able to meet so far on my journey. I've never met a Bod Squader I didn't love.
For the month of January I would like to recognize Kat Andrikopoulos as athlete of the month!
There is not a class that goes by without Kat smiling the whole way through. When we first met back in June Kat couldn't finish her first class (totally common!), but now she's running circles around us. It's been a pleasure and a privilege to train Kat and watch her grow. She's a true athlete with a huge heart.

Bod Squad! Pilates and yoga. I try to workout 3-4x per week, having a workout planned and healthy snacks always ready makes it a lot easier to fit in!
Positive changes from Bod Squad:
The group is just so motivating and awesome. I have noticed a lot more definition and I feel much stronger than when I first started.

I love Lululemon's scuba hoodie, it's the perfect thing to wear to and from and it keeps me cozy!
