Pull-up Run Challenge Workout

I haven't been able to fully extend my arms to straight since Monday!

Don't you just LOVE that feeling?! Ok, maybe I'm the only one but I sure do enjoy a good burn … mostly at the expense of others though so I guess it is fair that every now and then I put myself through some torture also!

This workout was killer but certainly rewarding. Do all the exercises in this exact order. Take rest when you need it but do not move on to the next exercise until you have completed the one before it. 


Run one mile

Complete 50 pull-ups (I used a green circle band for assistance)

Complete 100 skips using jump rope

Complete 200 box jumps

Complete 100 skips 

Complete 50 pull-ups

Run one mile
