If you're looking to up the anti with your bodyweight training give this workout a try. Don't say I didn't warn you!

Start from top to bottom. Make sure you have a water bottle and take breaks when you need them. After each exercise I made sure to take in a little bit of water and just mentally rest for a second. The hardest part of this workout by FAR are the first two exercises. After that it's all a piece of cake in comparison!
Speed with proper form is the goal for this workout.
