Ok this workout is SO good.
And by good of course I mean HARD!
Matt and I decided to hit the gym as soon as we came home from Mexico. I designed this workout on the plane ride home and it certainly delivered. I could barely walk all weekend!
Complete all four rounds of this workout with 1 minute rest inbetween each round.
