Ladder Workout

This workout will kick your intervals up a notch ... or five!

Above are my treadmill times. If you're new to interval running try running at 8.0 for 1 minute, 7.0 for 2 minutes and 6.0 for 3 minutes. Once you get comfortable with that increase your speed by .5 mph each time and move up from there!
