Crossfit Adrian

This past Saturday morning Matt and I decided to go to the gym together. Something we do rather often but rarely do we do the same workout. Once I told Matt what I was planning on doing and he got a little jealous of the intensity I was about to experience so he asked if he could join in. I said sure expecting to kick his bum!

The workout we did is a Crossfit workout, we had everything we needed in the gym but had to share the pull-up bar so there were a few overlaps and pausing of the timer, other than that though we were strict on form and time. I don't do a ton of Crossfit workouts but it's fun to mix it up every now and then!

The only other person in the gym with us, a 70ish year old lady on the bike at 8 am in the gym thought we were absolutely crazy! You know it's love when you can walk up a wall next to someone and let them forward roll across the same sweaty mats!
