10 Side to side plank pull ins

10 Right arm slide outs
10 Left arm slide outs

8 Cross over kick planks (right)
8 Cross over kick planks (left)

5 Floor cleaners

Date Almond Shake

Ingredients
1 frozen banana
2 tablespoons almond butter
1 cup skim milk
4 ice cubes

Directions
1. Mix everything in a blender for 60-90 seconds
