Breakfast Club Day 2

I hope your buns are a little tender today! Thanks for joining me again this morning!

The Workout

Set a timer to 10 minutes and complete as many rounds as possible:

5 Dive Bombers

5 Ninja Jumps (hands or no hands!)

10 Low Jumping Jack Squats

10 Jump Squats

My Time: 8.25 Rounds

The Breakfast

¾ cup Greek yogurt (I really love the kind with honey … if you don't have that kind just add honey to taste)
½ cup blueberries
2 tablespoons almond slivers
2 stalks chopped celery

Directions
1. Mix everything together in a bowl and eat!
