Two Circuits of the following exercises:

1. Backward Lunge Kick-Up

30 reps on each leg

2. Power Lunge Jumps

30 reps on each leg

3. Warrior Three Lunges

15 reps on each leg

4. Downward Dog Kick-Ups

15 reps on each leg

5. Dancing Plank

15 reps on each leg 

6. Dive Boomers

10 reps
