One Legged Rockstar Workout

This was my first workout back after recovering from the flu last week. Boy did it feel good! It's a tough one, and a total body workout.

First complete all exercises on the right leg:

1. 10 one legged burpees
2. 10 one legged rockstars
3. 10 tricep kick-ups
4. 30 bridge kick-ups
5. 30 toe touches
6. 30 heel diggers

Now repeat all on the left leg.

Then do both legs once more for a total of two circuits on each leg!
